Sepuluh masalah yang sering terjadi pada komputer :
1.    Pada saat booting awal, tampil informasi prosesor (tipe/kecepatan) yang tidak sesuai.
2.    Pada saat booting awal, tampil informasi jumlah RAM yang tidak sesuai.
3.    Komputer mau hidup tapi tidak muncul tampilan pada layar monitor dan disertai bunyi beep berulang- 

       ulang.
4.    Pada saat booting awal, muncul pesan “CMOS Checksum Error”.
5.   Komputer hidup tapi tidak muncul tampilan pada layar monitor dan disertai bunyi beep hanya sekali 

      (seperti komputer normal).
6.    Pada saat booting awal, muncul pesan “Keyboard Error”.
7.    Harddisk/CDROM tidak terdeteksi.
8.    Pada saat booting awal, muncul peringatan “NTLDR missing”.
9.    Komputer sering berhenti (hang).
10.  Komputer tidak mau hidup saat tombol Power ditekan.

Sepuluh masalah yang sering terjadi pada Sistem Operasi :
a.    Komputer sering restart sendiri dan muncul tampilan berwarna biru dengan pesan error berwarna putih.
b.    Komputer terasa lebih lambat dari biasanya.
c.    Sistem windows korupt.
d.    Driver yang tidak compatible dengan sistem operasi.
e.    Program not responding.
f.    Aktivasi windows / windows is not genuine.
g.    Proses start up dan shut down terlalu lama.
h.    System error.
i.     Semua program aplikasi tidak bisa dijalankan sebagaimana mestinya.
j.     System rating tidak dapat ditampilkan.
